The TH8065 combines a physical layer LIN transceiver according to LIN 2.0 as well as SAEJ2602 with a low drop voltage regulator and a RESET/Watchdog unit. This combination reduces the LIN system costs and makes it possible to develop simple but powerful and cheap LIN slaves with a direct connection to the 12V boardnet. This IC is optimized in accordance with the EMC requirements for single wire bus systems.
