I regret to advise this is not available. This part is an ASIC and as such the datasheet is confidential to the specific customer for whom we created the part.
You might try contacting the Melexis Sales contact (http://www.melexis.com/contact.asp) in your region to learn more about Melexis custom and semi custom IC capabilities. Perhaps there is an existing ASSP device that would work in your application or perhaps there is an opportunity to consider custom and or ASSP devices to solve your challenge?
