Yes we have developed applications that will fit your need. Please send a email to rah@melexis.com and I will send you a suitable schematic.

Other parameter that is important know is:
Expected power form factor.

We can also support you with solutions that are possible to dim using normal wall (triac) dimmers. (Many LED driver solutions are not even survaving triac dimmers.)

This an many other HV solutions will be presentat in a future HV application note, but for the moment it is better that you contact me direct.
