This library leverages raw data from the MLX90642 thermal array sensor and advanced algorithm-based image processing to accurately determine human presence in space-constrained environments, like elevators.
Compatibility:
- The library is hardware agnostic and can be used with any standard microcontroller that meets the minimum requirements.
- In case of a new microcontroller, don’t hesitate to contact us to compile the library.
Available metrics:
- Detection Status: Humans detected / not detected
- Occupancy Count: Number of people within the scene
- Location Data: Coordinates within the thermal image
