MLX10801 Power LED Driver and Solenoid Driver

The MLX10801 is a multiple purpose LED driver for high power LEDs.
The device can be calibrated for different high power LEDs and optimal LED parameters.
The circuit is load dump protected for a 40V load dump pulse.
A programming tool and evaluation board is available to support on engineering level.

MLX10801 can also be programmed to a soleniod driver.

Minimum number of unexpensive external components
Auto shut off in case of over temperature with internal or external temperature sensor
Small package allows compact module design to achieve a good EMC performance
High energy efficiency
Light control via PWM possible
Very small dependency of the light output on supply and temperature variations
Build in randomization of the switching frequency for good EMC performance
Adjustable LED parameters via a serial protocol and storage in an internal NV memory
