MLX75307 General Description

These 750x400 pixels global shutter imager sensors feature high sensitivity, high dynamic range and low noise. They are designed for automotive front vision application fusion and are fit for industrial and medical applications.

Typical applications include lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, high beam assist, collision avoidance, night vision, road and traffic light monitoring, surveillance and security.

High speed: up to 150fps at 1ms integration time
High sensitivity: NIR light irradiance below 500 photons per pixel at 150 fps
High dynamic range: up to 128dB in a single frame
Low dark current and high dark current doubling temperature

SPI, I2C, command mode, external trigger
Fully programmable in one frame
Single supply voltage 3.3V
Wide clock speed range: 10-50 MHz
Wide integration time range: 0.15us - 150ms
