Power Control ICs

Melexis Power Control ICs center around flexible automotive LED and Solenoid driver ICs. Typical applications include interior LED lighting control; stop, turn and tail lamps; emergency lighting and small DC actuators. Melexis Power Control ICs also address AC converter applications through ASIC devices. Applications addressabe by such turnkey, bespoke solutions include control for the primary side of a switched mode charger. Overvoltage and overcurrent protection functions as well as voltage regulator and startup-circuit are also possible. In low power chargers our available blocks can deliver flyback primary CV controllers with low component count BOMs for low cost with improved functionality and reliability.
