Product description
PRE-LAUNCH
The MLX91299 is an integrated silicon bare die with an equivalent circuit of resistor and capacitor in series. By integrating it into power semiconductor devices with a variety of topology, stray inductance would be partially decoupled from the commutation loop.
The RC works as RC snubber, assisting to reduce or eliminate unexpected ringing, suppress overshoots and optimize power losses. Therefore, it would make power electronic devices safer, reliable and efficient in operation.
