Your future job

As Talent Information Professional you become part of the Global Talent Information and Automation team and will actively contribute to the automation of  the human resources function in our organization.

More specifically, you will contribute to two main focus areas:

HR Data management

  • Contribute to further building and streamlining the HR data architecture 

  • Apply knowledge of both HR policies and procedures to drive data quality and governance in HR

  • Participate in and lead HR data improvement initiatives

  • Manage projects to analyze, cleanse, enrich and monitor HR data elements

  • Generate and execute reports or queries and provide summaries of data for use in analysis or decision making


HR System maintenance


  • Supervise, improve and administer HR systems, configuring functionalities that best meet the business’ needs

  • Accountable for final system configuration of HR tools

  •   Resolve system issues and test fixes

  • Maintain documentation related to system configuration

  • Train  End users and internal business stakeholders  

  • Maintain Security Setup, System Integrity and interfaces 

  • Ensure Technical design & follow-up in Automation Projects and system releases 

  • Technical requirements gathering

  • Prepare system discovery workshops explaining to business colleagues technical possibilities of HR modules

  • Analyse cross module impact & translate impact on processes 

  • Ensure final configuration

  • Drive UAT & stabilisation 

  •  Drive technical alignment with external providers on existing HR tools

Your profile

  • You have a higher education degree with around 5 years of experience in a systems and/or data quality support role, preferably in support of Human Resources

  • You have solid experience with HRIS solutions (CSOD is an advantage)

  • You have strong organizational & methodical skills with a high attention to detail

  • You are a conceptual thinker, able to understand business processes and workflows and translate them into system functionalities

  • You are able to document and articulate system workflows and functionality in such a way that basic users can easily understand

  • You enjoy building partnerships with the main business stakeholders through your communication skills

  • You are fluent in English and the local language
