Melexis is proud to announce the opening of a new Reliability lab in Sofia. To get the operations going, we are looking for a RELIABILITY ASSURANCE LEAD who will be responsible for the planning, execution, and assessment of stress-driven and application-related qualification tests for semiconductor devices.

More specifically, you will

• Be responsible for the planning, execution and first line assessment of stress driven and application related qualification tests for semiconductor devices
• Support product qualification with the right stress technique including the equipment park management
• Implement relevant standards in day-to-day work
• Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure relevant reliability test is applied
• Ensure the right talent is on board, adequately led and developed to contribute to  the individual’s personal growth and Melexis global success

Your profile

• University degree in Electronics or equivalent
• Relevant engineering background within the electronics field
• You have had a first successful experience with leading a team, or are very motivated and interested to do so
• Familiar with problem solving methods and quality, reliability methods/tools and statistics – SPC, FMEA, MSA, etc.
• Knowledge of Lab management
  (calibration, maintenance, 5S, …)
• Experience in working successfully with teams over multiple sites / different nationalities will be a plus
• Fluent in English
