As a DEVELOPMENT AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM INTERN at Melexis, you will be mainly responsible for the Documentation Management System tool (DocServer).

More specifically, you will

• Responsible for Documentation Management System tool (DocServer)
  
• Ensure correct approval and informed list for each document
• Ensure that the right document templates are used
  
• Coordinate with the internal stakeholders to secure timely approval of the documents
• Maintenance of the central material database

Your profile

• On-going University education
  
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver the assigned work on time
  
• Strong administrative skills
  
• Team player and good communication skills
  
• Proficiency in MS office
  
• Proficient English language skills
  
• Semiconductor educational background will be a plus
