(Associate) Customer Quality Assurance Engineer - Sofia, Bulgaria





Your future job

As an ASSOCIATE CUSTOMER QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER at Melexis, you will contribute to the local Customer Quality Assurance team to ensure "On Time, On Budget and On Scope" fulfillment of local functional objectives and projects.

More specifically, you will

  • Handling of customer complaints according to Melexis procedure
  • Handling of SCARs related to customer complaints according to Melexis
  • Lead customer communication in case of process change notification
  • Lead problem solving team until successful closure of the case
  • Contribute actively to customer audits

Your profile

  • University degree in Electronics or related
  • Knowledge of problem solving methods (8D methodology, fishbone, FaultTree Analysis, 5 Why’s…)
  • Knowledge in quality, reliability, software and engineering tools / methods (e.g. SPC, FMEA, MSA, APQP, Oracle)
  • Knowledge of relevant standards
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • Self-driven attitude and problem solving mindset
  • Fluency in English
