HR Administration Intern - Sofia, Bulgaria

We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join the team as an HR Administration Intern!

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth running of diverse administrative activities within the HR department (scale: 500 employees)
  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Maintain HR systems and files
  • Act as a point of contact for employees queries regarding HR-related topics
  • Assist payroll process by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

Your profile

  • 2nd+ year university student in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Strong interest in administration-related tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize and deal with short deadlines
  • Self-initiator with attention to detail
  • Excellent phone, email and interpersonal communication skills
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office applications)
  • Working level of English
