Customer Quality Engineer

Your future job

As a Customer Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:

· Building up
customer intimacy in the context of quality. Ensure close partnership with
customers to identify risks and improvement opportunities. Drive
continuous improvement at Melexis and at customers.

· Providing
transparency about activities and ensure strong collaboration with Melexis
Shanghai and Melexis Global teams.

· Acting as a
solution path finder through the different Melexis departments and suppliers

· Driving problem
solving (8D methodolody) in closed collaboration with Melexis Quality teams.

· Driving communication
between Chinese customers and Melexis quality teams.

· Driving & Selling
Product Change (PCN process) for local customers in-line with Melexis BU and
Quality strategy.

· Performing on-site
electrical first analysis and iterate with customers

 

Your profile

· an engineering
master degree in an electronic or microelectronic field

· at least 3 years of
experience as an engineer in a microelectronics environment

· affinity with
reliability, failure analysis and characterization processes will be value
added

· excellent knowledge
of quality standards

· a passion for
searching the root cause of a problem and strong actively listening and problem
solving skills

· proven skills in
project management

· Patient and effective
communication skills in both Chinese and English. Korean Language will be a
value added
