Your future job

Melexis Bulgaria is currently looking for a highly motivated individual to fulfil the role of Associate Test Scheduler to manage the supply of the assigned products towards customer short-term demand, in accordance with the activities related to ultimately deliver the goods on time.

More specifically, you will

  • Define, communicate and monitor execution of the weekly probing & final test schedule of stable volume manufacturing goods and non-manufacturing materials, taking into account the optimal use of available capacity and product/process specifications
  • Report the non-moving inventories on site, preventing risk of obsolescence of materials
  • Maintain scheduling related master data in the Oracle system, guaranteeing proper capacity usage monitoring and optimization in collaboration with the Test Scheduler
  • Identify and propose improvement opportunities in term of lead time, throughput, flexibility and cost reduction

Your profile

  • University degree in Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Management or related will be considered an advantage
  • Experience in production scheduling or planning will be considered as an advantage
  • Keen to learn and work in operations and operations planning
  • Willingness to further gain insight in the Melexis technology and environment
  • Strong customer and result-oriented attitude
  • Ability to take decisions under pressure and timely escalate production issues
  • Maintaining a precise and constant flow of information and communication
  • Very good English skills
