Your future job

As part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, you will be focused on attracting scarce talents on a global level in cooperation with respective local recruitment teams. You will also contribute to the (re)-design of global talent acquisition concepts, processes and systems and drive their implementation. More specifically, you will:

  • Act as a Talent Scout to set up talent acquisition campaigns for open positions and drive full recruitment cycle in cooperation with the business
  • Be an expert of the (semiconductor) global job market and recruitment trends at our different Melexis locations
  • Drive talent acquisition related projects derived from the Corporate and HR strategy maps
  • Ensure that the right target groups are attracted through effective and relevant employment branding initiatives in cooperation with Brand & Communications team
  • Develop the right network with universities, student organizations and other related entities to ensure a continuous flow within talent pipelines

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor/Master degree and you have several years of full cycle recruitment experience in an international environment (agency and/or corporate)
  • You have experience in active candidate identification (direct search); experience with Engineering profiles is a plus
  • You are fluent in English
  • You have strong organizational skills and you know how to handle confidential data and facts
  • You are curious, and you have a broad interest in HR and business topics
  • You love networking
