Customer Quality Technician - Ieper, Belgium





Your future job

As a Customer Quality Technician at Melexis, you will contribute to the improvement of product and system performances in terms of quality and cost efficiency.

More specifically, your tasks will be

  • Handling of customer complaints according to Melexis procedures

  • Act as front line responsible for initial Failure Analysis steps on non-conforming products (e.g. Optical Inspection, X-Ray Inspection, Electrical Test, ...)

  • Timely support Failure Analysis process according to the defined flows

  • Ensure the availability of product related reports, data and system related records
    (e.g. 8D reports, FA request, KPI calculation, etc.)...

Your profile

  • Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Knowledge of problem solving methods

  • Basic knowledge of failure analysis methods including application of relevant equipment

  • Customer-oriented attitude and great communication skills

  • Hands on mentality with joy in working independently

  • Fluency in English
