As a Customer Quality Engineer at Melexis, you will be:
Building up customer intimacy in the context of quality
Ensuring close partnership with customers to identify risks and improvement opportunities. Drive continuous improvement at Melexis and at customers.
Providing transparency about activities and ensure strong collaboration with Melexis Japan and Melexis Global teams.
Acting as a solution path finder through the different Melexis departments and suppliers
Driving problem solving (8D methodology) in closed collaboration with Melexis Quality teams and suppliers.
Ensuring close collaboration with Melexis Supplier Quality Assurance team.
Driving communication between Japanese customers and Melexis quality teams.
Driving & Selling Product Change (PCN process) for local customers in-line with Melexis BU and Quality strategy.
Performing on-site electrical first analysis and iterate with customers
an engineering bachelor with 5-year or master degree with 3-year working experience in an electrical engineering field
comprehensive knowledge of semiconductor packaging processes.
excellent knowledge of quality standards
a passion for searching the root cause of a problem and strong actively listening and problem solving skills
proven skills in project management
Patient and effective communication skills in both Japanese and English.
