Driven by this expansion our Global IT Core Services team is looking for an IT Process Owner with a continuous improvement way of thinking to streamline current processes and design new ones in line with our customer focused and agile mentality.

As an IT Process Owner you will be responsible for planning and managing the process activities, for process review, development and optimization, for reporting and communicating the metrics, for alignment and coordination with other processes.

 

 More specifically you will:
  • Manage day to day activities of the process, including establishing priorities and work assignments,
  • Assure compliance with regulatory and corporate policies and procedures,
  • Facilitate Configuration Management audits,
  • Engage with strategic projects to ensure timely delivery of Configuration Management functionality,
  • Consult partners on Configuration Management services, concepts, policies and procedures,
  • Provide and approve all requirements, use cases, user stories, etc. in support of new or improving functionality of the Configuration Management system,
  • Coordinate  software product releases,
  • Manage change/release risks and resolve issues impacting the scope, schedule and quality of release,
  • Coach stakeholders and ensure release is done in a timely manner adhering to the policies defined.

Your profile

  • Engineering or Computer Science degree,
  • 3+ years in  IT process management,
  • Solid knowledge of  ITIL and ITSM,
  • Experience and understanding of the IT services and how the processes interact with each other,
  • ITIL Foundation Certification is a plus,
  • Understanding of process assessments and process maturity levels,
  • Ability to work independently and remain effective in a rapidly changing environment,
  • Excellent communication skills in English,
  • Ability to train and coach project stakeholders,
  • Ability to drive change in the agile environment.
