Your future job

As a Test Scheduler at Melexis, you will prepare weekly Production testing schedules for the different Production shifts. Being real driver from planning perspective for the overall Production performance in a timely manner. Doing so in close collaboration with the Production and Supply chain Teams.

More specifically, you will

• Measure and report outputs in regards of the success rate of the prepared schedules. Including p

  ropose improvements and deploy them.

• Ensure the capacity utilization at optimum level, aiming overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

• Conduct daily review with the production shifts and update accordingly the production schedule.

• Handle planning emergencies, doing the needed adjustments (e.g. by Quality crisis; Delivery issues; Line stops at customer side).

• Plan and purchase production materials.

Your profile

• Previous experience on similar position (at least 2-3 years)

• University degree 

• Thorough understanding of the production floor and its specific requirements

• Knowledge on product specific flow

• Good level of Self-Organisation

• Calm and stress-resistant person

• Assertiveness for reaching optimal results

• Proactive and positive mindset 

• Good English level
