Customer Quality Technician - Ieper, Belgium





Your future job

As a Customer Quality Technician at Melexis, you will contribute to the improvement of Melexis product quality performance.

More specifically, your tasks will be:

  • Handling of customer complaints according to Melexis procedure's
  • Act as front line responsible for initial Failure Analysis steps on non-conforming products 

  • Timely support Failure Analysis process according to the defined flows (eg. external/internal optical Inspection by microscope and SEM, mechanical/chemical preparation steps, X-Ray Inspection, C-SAM, application tests, defect characterization tests, test program etc. )

  • Ensure the availability of product related reports, data and system related records (e.g. 8D reports, FA request, etc.)

  • Support the problem solving as a team together with the customer quality engineer's

Your profile

  • Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent by experience

  • Knowledge of and interest in electronics (schemes, electronic systems,...) as understand MLX product functionality and the customer application's

  • Strong in processing and interpreting, data coming from different information sources 

  • Knowledge of problem solving methods

  • Customer-oriented attitude and great communication skills

  • Being able to work both independently as well as in team

  • Fluency in English
