Technical Lead for Training department - Sofia, Bulgaria

Your future job

As a Technical Lead (for the Equipment and Production's Training department) at  day shift, you will manage the functional Training Team. Working closely in this role, with the Production Manager and the Equipment and Production Team Lead community. With primary focus on the development and implementation of functional technical training programs and initiatives. 

More specifically, you will

  • Be aiming to achieve maximum efficiency by the technical development of the Equipment and Production employees, in line with the company standards and strategy. 
  • Drive the Training department to focus on better structuring and continuous  improvment of the on-going technical training programs and initiatives. 
  • Engage in enriching the current technical trainings' portfolio with new initiatives and tools.
  • Manage the Training Team, realted to: Recruitment and on-boarding; Coaching and monitoring; Regular follow-up sessions with the Team; Involvement in the Team trainings' organization; Team resources planning and etc.
  • Maintain efficient internal and external contacts and relations, in reagrds to the training programs.

Your profile

  • Higher education with a technical focus

  • Previous experience, managing Team and with development and implementation of technical training programs and initiatives, will be considered as an advantage.
  • Thorough knowledge of Production processes and product flows
  • Knowledge and/or experience in Electronic, Automation, and/or Electro-Mechanic will be considered as a plus.

  • Strong Customer- and Team-orientation
  • Calm and respectful attitude

  • Advanced level of English
