Customer Quality Engineer

As a Customer Quality Engineer at Melexis, you are the interface with customers to lead the problem solving process and drive improvement activities. More specifically, you will:

  • Be in charge of customer communication
  • Work in a cross functional team
  • Lead and perform root cause analysis on the product and the process 
  • Take ownership on electrical tests and failure analysis on the integrated circuit
  • Follow-up on corrective actions internally and at the supplier
  • Drive improvement activities to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Build customer intimacy

Your profile

  • University degree in Electronics or related

  • Previous experience in the field of electronics - IC/module failure analysis techniques, IC/module test flow, etc - will be considered as a strong advantage

  • Experience with 8D methodology

  • Proven track record in leading customer/supplier communication

  • Strong skills in Excel and statistics

  • Fluency in English
