Credit Controller - Sofia, Bulgaria





Your future job

As a Credit Controller in Melexis, you will be part of the Global Finance team and will be responsible for ensuring that credit given to customers is timely monitored.

More specifically, you will

  • Ensure that all customers with payment delays are contacted within the framework of the corporate credit control procedure;

  • Ensure that all parties involved are immediately informed about outstanding issues (financial and/or quality); secure follow up until the issue is resolved;

  • Proactively and efficiently provide information to customers in order to accelerate collection;

  • Follow internal credit control policies and procedures related to applying credit holds, performing monthly reporting etc.;

  • Review the company credit control policy and recommend improvements where required.

Your profile

  • Previous professional experience in a similar position;

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Economics;

  • Ability to work effectively in an international and multi-cultural environment;

  • Ability to achieve results through project, process and network driven organizational setups;

  • Ability to collect/process/analyze financial and non-financial information, and to recommend optimal course of action;

  • Good communication skills;

  • Customer awareness attitude;

  • Investigative skills with attention to details;

  • Fluency in English is a must;

  • Very good computer literacy;
