Inside Sales Responsible/Office Coordinator(Japan)

Your future job

As an Inside Sales Responsible and Office Coordinator at Melexis, you will support the Sales organization in daily operations and be an accountable coordinator and role model to support the office daily administrations. To make sure the Melexis value and culture live in the office and build a great place to work.

More specifically, you will

• General support for Melexis Sales Team in Salesforce.
  • Review/correct/revise data in system
  • Sample ordering/NDA 
  • System training support for distributors & Validate data with distributors
• Provide administrative support to Finance: cooperator with Finance vendor on handling local accounting report, expense report, bank etc
• Support HR for employee onboarding and offboarding process, etc
• Coordinator with legal on the local compliance, IT on local server/IT 
• Manage office administration, such as travel, office supplies, lease, logistics etc
• General Support for periodical meeting (internal / external) & Exhibition
• Acting as Emergency Responsible Officer 

Your profile

• Bachelor degree or equivalent professional education with about 5 years of relevant experience in an international environment within sales function.
• Familiar with Salesforce will be an advantage
• Proficient English language skills (both written and verbal)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Eager & competent to quickly learn
• Results oriented, being proactive and dynamic
• Have organizational talent and order, strong team player
• Familiar with Microsoft office, Excel master
• A license of fire evacuation will be an advantage
