As a Continuous Improvements Project Manager for the Test & Industrialization team at Melexis, you will improve the global way of working in Product engineering.

More specifically, you will:

• Technically lead the improvements in the way of working, methods which are used in all our product engineering teams and which have a global impact on our efficiency

• Be a process owner: maintain the process, if needed define and roll out improvements for processes in Product Engineering, deploy lessons learned

• Define and roll out improvements for tools in Product Engineering

• Lead projects across multiple locations

• Contribute to the global horizontal lines

• Be the Interface for product engineering with IT

• Act as a link between different teams (PE, Test, CQA, manufacturing teams…)

• Focus first on the 2 following priorities: 

  
  - review and improve the process of Non-conformance in order to match our new reality (allocation period leading to faster reaction time, many changes leading to many quality issues)
  - ensure optimum usage of tools for data analysis

Your profile

• You have an Engineering University degree with extensive relevant experience

• You have experience in the automotive and/or semiconductor industry

• You have experience in the application of project management techniques

• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven quality and risk management mindset

• You are a  strong leader with the ability to manage cross-functional, multi-site, multi-national and multi-cultural teams

• You are fluent in English

• You are ready for business travel
