Your future job

As a CUSTOMER QUALITY TECHNICIAN at Melexis, you will contribute to the failure/ nonconformance investigations on products and system performance.

More specifically, you will:

  • Act as front-line responsible for product failure analysis steps and technical implementation of systems solutions across the Quality organization

  • Handle customer complaints according to Melexis procedures (known failure modes)

  • Timely support failure analysis process according to the defined flows

  • Ensure the availability of product-related reports, data and system-related records (e.g. 8D reports, FA requests, etc.)

Your profile

  • University degree in Electronics Engineering or relevant technical experience

  • Technical background in the field of Electronics

  • Basic knowledge of problem-solving methods

  • Basic knowledge of quality, software and engineering tools/methods (e.g. SPC, FMEA, MSA, ERP system)

  • Basic knowledge of failure analysis methods including the application of relevant equipment

  • Excellent communicator

  • Customer-oriented attitude

  • Fluent in English, verbally and written
