Your future job
As a CUSTOMER QUALITY TECHNICIAN at Melexis, you will contribute to the failure/ nonconformance investigations on products and system performance.
More specifically, you will:
Act as front-line responsible for product failure analysis steps and technical implementation of systems solutions across the Quality organization
Handle customer complaints according to Melexis procedures (known failure modes)
Timely support failure analysis process according to the defined flows
Ensure the availability of product-related reports, data and system-related records (e.g. 8D reports, FA requests, etc.)
Your profile
University degree in Electronics Engineering or relevant technical experience
Technical background in the field of Electronics
Basic knowledge of problem-solving methods
Basic knowledge of quality, software and engineering tools/methods (e.g. SPC, FMEA, MSA, ERP system)
Basic knowledge of failure analysis methods including the application of relevant equipment
Excellent communicator
Customer-oriented attitude
Fluent in English, verbally and written
