As a Global Process Owner Continuous Equipment at Melexis, you will:

• Define the global strategy and roadmap of Lean projects
• Drive global activities on standardization, 5S, Kanban, SMED, Kaizen, Lean training and TPM
• Drive global lessons learned from local problem solving teams
• Be the process owner for manufacturing related customer returns
• Work closely with 3 Continuous Improvement Managers in Belgium, Germany and Bulgaria
• Report directly to the Global Continuous Improvement Manager

Your profile

• You have a Master degree in Electronics, (Electro)mechanical or Automation/Robotics Engineering
• You have 5+ years of relevant experience in a technical production environment
• You have a Green Belt
• You are fluent in English and you have strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
• You have proven Project Management skills
• You have strong skills in MS Office (Excel) and you have working experience with ERP systems (Oracle)
