As an Administration & Communication Officer at Melexis, you will
- Be the first point of contact at the reception desk
- Welcome guests
Handle incoming phone calls and tackle incoming and outgoing mail
Coordinate meeting rooms and order business lunches
Place orders and file documents
Write and distribute internal communications, and keep the digital information boards up to date
Coordinate company events
Coordinate or lead projects which may be related to administration and/or to other defined departments
Coordinate the travel of local employees and guests according to global and local policies
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks
Your profile
- Degree in Office Management, Business Support, or an equivalent
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Particular attention to discretion and handling of confidential information
- Results-oriented, organized, proactive, and dynamic person
