Your future job

As an Administration & Communication Officer at Melexis, you will 

  • Be the first point of contact at the reception desk
  •  Welcome guests
  • Handle incoming phone calls and tackle incoming and outgoing mail

  • Coordinate meeting rooms and order business lunches

  • Place orders and file documents

  • Write and distribute internal communications, and keep the digital information boards up to date

  • Coordinate company events

  • Coordinate or lead projects which may be related to administration and/or to other defined departments

  • Coordinate the travel of local employees and guests according to global and local policies

  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks

Your profile

  • Degree in Office Management, Business Support, or an equivalent
  • Good communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Particular attention to discretion and handling of confidential information
  • Results-oriented, organized, proactive, and dynamic person
    Capability to work efficiently in an international environment
