As a Quality Improvement Engineer (Senior) at Melexis, you will closely lead the problem-solving process with production teams related to operation (manufacturing) Customer Return Complains.

More specifically, you will

• Coordinate cross-functional team during Problem-solving process;
• Work closely with Production, Customer Quality and Process teams;
• Ensure the correct way of working is followed during Root-cause analysis;
• Define and drive implementation of containment and corrective actions;
• Create and review lessons learned reports linked to Quality risks - Global;
• Initiate and participate in Reverse PFMEA sessions;
• Report directly to the Local Continuous Improvement Manager;

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; 
•  3+ years of relevant experience in Quality improvement/management;
• Experience in Customer Quality Organization is an advantage;
• Experience in 8D methodology is a plus;
• Systematic approach while working on improvements;
• You have proven Project Management skills and a strong “problem-solving” mindset;
• You are fluent in English and you have good communication and presentation skills (verbal and written);
• Six Sigma Green Belts certification is an advantage;
• Good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel and Data Analysis);
