As a Technical Lead (Team Lead of Equipment Engineers) at Melexis you will manage a sub-Team in Equipment with regards to on-boarding, development, planning and organization. In order to achieve maximum efficiency, in line with the company strategy.

More specifically, you will

• Review and analyze performance of the Equipment together with the Technical Team, focused on Preventive maintenance actions.

• Detect, report and communicate any process deviations.

• Manage the Equipment sub-Team, related to: Recruitment and on-boarding; Coaching and monitoring; Regular follow-up sessions with the Team; Involvement in the Team trainings' organization; Team resources planning and etc.

• Actively work on continuous improvement of quality and productivity in the respective area of accountabilities.

  
  
  

Your profile

• Higher education with a technical focus

• Experience in managing Team/s within Production environment will be considered as advantage.

• Thorough knowledge of Production processes and product flows

• Knowledge and/or experience in Electronic, Automation, and/or Electro-Mechanic will be considered as an advantage

• Strong Customer- and Team-orientation

• Calm and respectful attitude

• In combination with strong willingness to give, elaborate on and implement ideas for improvement

• Advanced level of English
