As a Shift Leader at Melexis, you will manage one manufacturing shift in order to process the right products based on customer requirements in accordance with the company’s targets for customer orientation, quality, productivity and efficiency.

More specifically, you will

• Ensure that Production is following the planning in respect with the automotive quality standards and internal requirements

• Manage Operators and Technicians towards and in accordance with company's targets for productivity, quality, efficiency, and team development

• Ensure that the shift operates as a team and maintain good relationship between all shifts

• Report production performances and possible improvements to Manufacturing Manager on a predefined basis

Your profile

• Previous experience in managing teams in manufacturing environment

• Relevant educational background

• Willingness to work on a 24/7 shift pattern

• Knowledge and/or experience in Electronic, Automation, and/or Electro-Mechanic would be considered as an advantage

• Fluency in German and advanced level of English
