Your future job

As a Team Lead Product Verification, you will manage and work with our product verification team, responsible for the verification of new Melexis products within the MEMS&SI program. Together with the design team, you are responsible for defining the test methods, as well as developing measurement setups. These setups are used for debugging and characterizing our products, and to test and calibrate engineering samples for our customers. You are responsible for analyzing and reporting the measurement data of the product verification team back to the design team. 

• Lead the team (Up to 10 engineers and up to 3 different sites) in defining the technical needs and test cases for the verification of all requirements based on the inputs of the design team
• Develop measurement setups including hardware and software: loadboard schematics and PCBs; software using NI LabVIEW on a NI PXI station; hardware interfaces for applying stimuli which can be both electrically and other physical stimuli like pressure, temperature, ...
• Develop and perform measurements of all requirements
• Analyse the measurement data to provide feedback to the product development team, including a report
• Develop and perform measurements and analysis to identify the root cause in case of issues
• Develop a test program to trim and screen engineering samples for our customers
• Be the interface to design, application and product test engineering

Your profile

• You have a Master degree in Electronics Engineering
• You have a first people management experience, preferably leading a product validation, testing or hardware team
• You have 5+ years of relevant working experience in electronics, and you preferably have experience with (semiconductor) electronics measurements techniques
• You have programming experiences, e.g. LabVIEW, C and/or Python
• Experience with NI PXI equipment is a plus
• You are a team manager who likes to work hands-on
• You are creative and solution-oriented
• You are fluent in English and you have good communication skills
