Your Mission
You will become a crucial link between our sustainability initiatives and People & Culture (P&C) department. Your role goes beyond traditional finance – it's about shaping our future by harnessing the power of data and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities within your role:
Data
- Dive deep into data related to sustainability processes, employee behaviour, and energy.
- Collaborate closely with P&C stakeholders, creating synergy and shared insights.
Reporting
- Take ownership of P&C reporting and dashboarding.
- Uncover valuable business insights through meticulous data analysis.
- Continuously optimise and implement data processes to drive efficiency.e closely with P&C stakeholders, creating synergy and shared insights.
Sustainability
- Play a pivotal role in supporting our company's positive impact goals.
- Collect and evaluate data to monitor progress toward key sustainability targets.
- Collaborate with management teams to craft performance reports and metrics.
Team Player
- Extend your support to the corporate data analytics team as needed.
- Track and report KPIs for your business area, driving actionable improvements.
- Integrate intelligence into long-term business forecasting.
Financials (linked to P&C business)
- Assist in consolidating annual budgets and monthly reporting.
- Dive into ad hoc projects and analyses to provide valuable insights.
Your profile
- Hold a university degree in economics or business administration with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
- Exhibit a genuine interest in sustainability within the ESG framework.
- Previous experience in Cost Accounting, Financial Analysis, or Controlling is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a valuable asset.
- Thrive in an international and multicultural environment.
- Collaborate seamlessly across borders and cultures.
- Possess experience in relational and dimensional data modelling (an asset).
- Fluent in English, enabling seamless communication in our global setting.
