Melexis is seeking a talented and highly motivated PLM Software Support Analyst to join our dynamic, innovative, diverse and multicultural team. More specifically, you will:

• Provide first-line support to end-users, addressing their technical and functional issues related to our PLM software platform.
• Troubleshoot software problems and offer effective solutions to your internal clients, this in a timely manner.
• Document customer interactions (Jira), technical solutions, work instructions and frequently asked questions to create a knowledge base for future reference.
• Maintain our documentation base (user manuals, one-pagers, landing pages, communities).
• Act as a subject matter expert in certain domains, delivering comprehensive product training and support to clients.
• Collaborate with the software supplier to follow-up on outstanding questions and issues (tickets).

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in providing technical support for PLM platforms and have a good understanding of PLM concepts, workflows, and functionalities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues.
• Exceptional (English) communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts.
• Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software platforms.
