Your future job

As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and enhancing our operational processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will lead improvement projects and utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to achieve tangible results.

More specifically, you will

  • Evaluate current processes and workflows, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement;
  • Analyze data and conduct root cause analysis to understand process inefficiencies;
  • Lead and manage continuous improvement projects;
  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to design and execute projects that align with organizational goals;
  • Define project scopes, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring timely project delivery;
  • Utilize statistical analysis to interpret data and assess process performance;
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project success and process improvements;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement;
  • Provide training and guidance on improvement methodologies to team members;
  • Work closely with the customer quality team to ensure that process improvements align with quality standards;
  • Support customer complaints - internal investigations;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to continuous improvement;
  • Identify innovative solutions and apply best practices to enhance our processes

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field;
  • 3 years of experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, industrial engineering or related roles;
  • Strong understanding and application of Lean and Six Sigma principles;
  • Execution of statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making;
  • Project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute improvement projects effectively;
  • Excellent communication and capacity to work collaboratively across teams;
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Certification) are a plus;
  • Experience in process simulation software and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab) is a plus;
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
