Your future job
As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and enhancing our operational processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will lead improvement projects and utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to achieve tangible results.
More specifically, you will
- Evaluate current processes and workflows, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement;
- Analyze data and conduct root cause analysis to understand process inefficiencies;
- Lead and manage continuous improvement projects;
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to design and execute projects that align with organizational goals;
- Define project scopes, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring timely project delivery;
- Utilize statistical analysis to interpret data and assess process performance;
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project success and process improvements;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement;
- Provide training and guidance on improvement methodologies to team members;
- Work closely with the customer quality team to ensure that process improvements align with quality standards;
- Support customer complaints - internal investigations;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to continuous improvement;
- Identify innovative solutions and apply best practices to enhance our processes
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field;
- 3 years of experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, industrial engineering or related roles;
- Strong understanding and application of Lean and Six Sigma principles;
- Execution of statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making;
- Project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute improvement projects effectively;
- Excellent communication and capacity to work collaboratively across teams;
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Certification) are a plus;
- Experience in process simulation software and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab) is a plus;
