HR, Administration & Communication Officer - Grasse, France

As a key member of our team, your main responsibility will be the management of the payroll. You’ll also be responsible for facilitating HR, administration and communication activities, and improving team efficiency. 

Supporting three remote sites in Paris la Défense-92, Corbeil-Essonnes-91, and Grasse-06, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our operations and help shape the future of our organization.


Your key responsibilities

  • Manage the payroll process in collaboration with our external service provider, including informing them of staff-related changes and verifying data.

  • Maintain personnel records and HR systems data integrity.

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR-related topics.

  • Assist in various HR activities and projects and provide administrative services for local sites and management. 

  • Run our reception service smoothly, coordinating travel and company events, managing expense reports and invoices, and supporting the budget preparation process.


Who are you?

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting or Office Management and relevant work experience.

  • You must have a good experience in payroll management, and preferably experience with payroll systems such as ADP Decidium and HRIS systems such as Cornerstone or Oracle.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong organisational, versatile, rigorous, dynamic, and customer/service-oriented skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, including phone, email, and interpersonal communication.
