Role Overview:

As a Test Solution Development Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in creating and validating test solutions for specific IC projects or improvements. Your expertise will directly contribute to achieving project targets encompassing product specifications, cost-effectiveness, quality, and timelines. Your leadership will ensure the robustness of test solutions for sustainable manufacturing, driving continuous improvements, and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment within your team.

  • Develop and validate test solutions within the context of IC projects or enhancements, aligning with project objectives and goals.
  • Ensure the resilience and stability of test solutions, enabling seamless and sustainable manufacturing processes....

  • Lead global projects aimed at driving continuous improvements in test solution development and implementation.

  • Implement effective people management practices, processes, and mentorship within your team.

  • Optimize learning and growth by coaching and developing team members in their respective project assignments.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage virtual teams to achieve project success.

  • Integrate diverse cultural backgrounds and leverage your experience in or with the automotive industry for effective collaboration.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in the (micro-)electronics field, showcasing your proficiency in semiconductor technology.

  • Proven track record in team management, with experience leading and guiding teams to successful outcomes.

  • Enthusiasm for microelectronics, sensors, or related technologies, and a drive to stay at the forefront of industry advancements.

  • Familiarity with the automotive industry and its unique requirements is a strong plus.

  • Experience in working with teams of diverse cultural backgrounds, fostering inclusivity and collaboration.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English (Fluency is essential).
