As a Data Migration Support at Melexis, you will play a crucial part in transferring and organising data from legacy systems to our modern data infrastructure. This is a fantastic chance to contribute to a real-world project while enhancing your skills in data management and analysis.

More specifically, you will:

• Collaborate with the data migration team to understand the scope and requirements of the project, have a deep understanding of the guidelines and runbook provided to you.
• Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the target system.
• Conduct thorough data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors during the migration process.
• Document migration processes and maintain accurate records of migrated data.
• Provide regular updates on the progress of the migration project to the team.

Your profile

• Familiar with working in a Linux environment (CentOS, RHEL)
• Strong in the Linux command line
• Works precise and has attention for detail
• Strong communicator (English required)
