Internship Non-conformance handling

From the wafer fabrication until the delivery to our customers, Melexis ICs are submitted to several process steps. For each step, quality controls are in place to ensure the quality of our products. When the material does not meet those specifications, an alert will be raised, a so-called non-conformance event, and the affected material will be quarantined for further investigation.

As part of the Product Engineering team, you will contribute to handle such non-conformance events and make sure we deliver material with the right quality level to our customers.

(duration 3 months)

• Handling non-conformance events:
  Perform initial data analysis and risk assessment
  Support engineering activities: product verification, lab & test analysis, etc.
  Support root cause investigation and problem solving

• Handling Engineering request:
  Support validation request, so called EST (Engineering Support Test)
  Perform initial data analysis on validation activities
  
  

Your profile

• Bachelor in Electronic engineering (or equivalent)

• Good conceptual thinking: (able to extract the right information form a group data)

• Organization skills and be self-motivated

• Fluent in English
