As a Global Total Rewards Specialist at Melexis, you will collaborate across our global organization to develop, implement and improve our reward solutions and practices that support our business objectives and reinforce our entrepreneurial culture. Your passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement will help us maintain a competitive edge in attracting and retaining key talent.

More specifically, you will

• Conduct (global) market analysis and benchmarking (internal & external) to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive and equitable.
• Participate in the design and administration of various global reward programs, including fixed and variable pay, recognition, benefit, flexible working, wellbeing etc.
• Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans and similar.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits, in particular in context of evolving EU directives and disclosure requirements.
• Support employer cost planning & control exercises.
• Support and administer job grading requests.
• Support, coordinate or lead other ad-hoc initiatives, programs and projects in context of the role.
  
  

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Economics, Statistics, Human Resources, Business administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in compensation and benefits analysis or administration, understanding and experience in working with different job evaluation methodologies and pay benchmarking tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Knowledge of relevant compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
