Process and Equipment Assistant - Sofia, Bulgaria

 

Your future job

As a Process and Equipment Assistant, you will provide technical, logistical, and administrative support, allowing our engineers to focus on complex development projects. This role acts as the essential link that ensures the continuity of all core operational cycles within our engineering department.

More specifically, you will:

  • Technical Measurements and Tests: Performing standard-compliant measurements, high-precision metrological measurements, and participating in Engineering  Tests (EST) under the guidance of a specialist.
  • Operational Support: Performing cleaning, lubrication, inspection, and parts replacement on production equipment according to work instructions.
  • Logistics: Tracking inventory levels, organizing storage, and requesting parts in the ERP system (Oracle) to ensure process continuity.
  • Administration and Quality: Managing purchase orders (PO), tracking supplier complaints, and verifying the quality of technical documentation.
  • Monitoring: Early detection of process deviations and reporting anomalies to minimize manufacturing scrap.

Your profile

  • Secondary education (technical orientation in mechanics, electronics, or automation is an advantage).
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; experience with ERP systems (Oracle/Jira) is a plus.
  • Good level of English (written and spoken).
  • Organized, accurate, adaptable, and willing to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Dexterity in working with fine components (soldering, assembly, wiring) and an interest in electromechanics.
