Your future job

As a Planner Buyer Team Lead, you will lead a team of planner buyers and ensure the smooth execution of supply planning and procurement activities within a dynamic, international environment. You will play a key role in maintaining operational continuity, optimizing processes, and building strong collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

More specifically, you will:

• Lead and develop a global team of planner buyers, fostering a proactive, customer-oriented mindset and ensuring strong performance and continuous development.
• Oversee daily planning and purchasing activities, including forecasting support, purchase order management, supplier follow-ups, and ensuring timely material availability.
• Drive process improvements and standardization across planning and procurement activities, enhancing efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and suppliers, managing escalations and ensuring effective communication and resolution of supply-related issues.
• Monitor and manage team KPIs, ensuring alignment with supply chain objectives and high service levels toward internal customers.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure continuity of operations and business needs.

Your profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent through experience, with 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, or a customer-facing B2B environment.
• Proven experience in leading or mentoring a team, with a strong focus on people development.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken. 
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize and synthesize information.
• Experience in supplier management or negotiation is considered an asset.
