Treasury Shares
On November 2002, an extraordinary shareholder’s meeting approved a first share buy back program. The buy back program was reconfirmed by an extraordinary shareholder’s meeting on April 20, 2004 to a maximum share price of 13 Euro.
During the extraordinary shareholder’s meeting on April 20, 2004 it was decided to cancel 1 034 805 treasury shares, bringing the total outstanding shares to 44 656 195 shares.
During the extraordinary shareholder’s meeting on July 14, 2005 it was decided to cancel 1 323 335 treasury shares, bringing the total outstanding shares to 43 241 860 shares.
During the extraordinary shareholder’s meeting on April 20, 2007 it was decided to buy back a maximum of 4 324 186 treasury shares to a maximum share price of 17.00 Euro per share.
