As a Product Quality Assurance Engineer at Melexis, you will be responsible for ensuring our microchips perform seamlessly throughout their lifecycle.. When deviations occur during final testing, you will analyze the data, trace the root cause, and support improvements to prevent recurrence. By combining your expertise in quality, efficiency, and innovation, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering excellence to our customers.

More specifically, you will:

• Ensure the enhancement of product and system performances in terms of quality, time, and cost efficiency throughout the product lifetime
  
• Implement advanced problem-solving techniques and lead the charge in finding innovative solutions to internal non-conformities, focusing on data-driven decisions to increase product quality
  
• Analyze test data and drive the review of results
  
• Identify and drive potential products and processes improvements, interface with Operations, and the Development organization
  
• Be part of the product development team (according to the development flow) in order to guarantee the correct quality level at product release
  

Your profile

• University degree in Electronics (Micro-Electronics, Electronics, Physics) or equivalent
  
• Excellent quality mindset and problem-solving skills
  
• Knowledge of SPC, MSA, CPK, 8D, 5WHY, DoE
  
• Knowledge of project management techniques and multitasking skills
  
• Experience in an international working environment is an advantage
  
• Fluent in English, verbal and written
