This internship is a great opportunity to discover a different side of People & Culture (HR) beyond recruitment and administration. As an HR Systems & Transformation Intern at Melexis, you will work with HR systems, data, and digital tools while supporting international HR teams and ongoing transformation projects.
This is a paid 1-year internship with a hybrid working model and approximately 32 working hours per week, designed for students who enjoy working with systems, organization, and technology and are curious about how digital tools can improve employee experience and business processes.
More specifically, you will:
- Support daily activities related to HR systems and digital tools
- Help maintain organizational structures and employee data
- Participate in testing new system functionalities and updates
- Support documentation, training materials, and process tracking
- Collaborate with international HR teams and stakeholders
- Support country-specific HR projects and occasional team-related administrative tasks
Your profile
- University student (3rd or 4th year preferred) in HR, Business Administration, IT, Information Systems, or related field
- Interested in technology, systems, and digital processes
- Analytical, organized, detail and service-oriented
- Good communication and professional attitude
- Advanced English level
- Advanced Excel and computer skills
- Available to work 6-8 hours spread within 4 of 5 working days weekly in a hybrid working model.
