迈来芯 MLX90224 系列属于双霍尔效应锁存器，其包含的两个霍尔效应锁存器功能的典型阈值为 ± 2.0mT。
磁通量检测是通过采用连续偏移消除技术（正交旋转电流和斩波稳定放大器）的快速电路执行的。
霍尔板间距为 1.85 mm。BOP 和 BRP 进行温度补偿（+500 ppm/摄氏度）。输出刷新速率为 15 us。
如果面向封装标记侧的南极磁通密度 (BOP) 足够强，则会开启 MLX90224-A 正交输出锁存。同样，如果北极磁通密度 (BRP) 足够强，则会关闭输出锁存。
