As a student of electronics engineering, electrical engineer, nano-electronics or a comparable field, you will gain exciting insights into the operation of Integrated Circuits. At Melexis Kuching, you will make your first career-relevant contacts and will apply your theoretical knowledge in practice.

Your task in detail:

• Familiarise yourself with the tasks, tools and instruments used by the semiconductor industry while being guided by an experienced engineer.
• Take on project and development tasks which will further develop your practical skills in engineering.
• Get to know the development team in Kuching working on motor driver projects.

Your profile

For internships related to IC design:

• Currently studying a technical subject like electronics engineering, electrical engineering, nano-electronics, physics or similar fields.
• A good knowledge of fundamental electronic devices and their behaviour.
• A good understanding of circuit theory.
• Motivated to solve challenging problems in the semiconductor industry.
• Good knowledge of English.

For internships related to IC Test Solution Development:

• Currently studying a technical subject like electronics engineering, electrical engineering, nano-electronics, physics or similar fields.
• A good knowledge of fundamental electronic devices and circuit theory.
• Interest for writing software and solving programming challenges (note: preferably experience in C/C++, but other languages are also okay).
• Motivated to solve challenging problems in the semiconductor industry.
• Good knowledge of English.
