Intern Responsibilities within the D&A Team


1) HRIS Implementation Project

  • Participate in design workshops, taking meeting notes and creating to-do lists.
  • Assist the project manager in planning and organizing workshops across 14 countries.
  • Help create training materials such as videos, one-pagers, and manuals.
  • Prepare presentations for workgroups, project teams, and steering committees.
  • Develop test scenarios, monitor testing progress, and maintain test boards.

2) Phase 0 Project

  • Assist in mapping current ("as-is") HR processes.
  • Contribute to the design of future ("to-be") HR processes, encompassing areas such as hiring, onboarding, development, performance management, and retirement.

 

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient note-taking abilities
  • Digital proficiency, including quick adoption of tools for video creation, presentations, and note-taking.

Duration & Location

  • Duration: Minimum 3 months, ideally 6 months.
  • Ideal Period: June 25th - December 25th.
  • Alternative Period: January - June 25th.
  • Focus for June 25th - December 25th: Management assistant tasks (note-taking, organizing workshops, creating training materials, supporting testing).
  • Focus for January - June 25th: Supporting phase 0 with AS-IS/TO-BE analysis of HR processes (more suitable for an HR internship).
