Process and Equipment Engineering Assistant - Sofia, Bulgaria
Your future job
As a Process and Equipment Engineering Assistant, you will support engineering activities and contribute to the industrialization of new products and processes.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Engineering Support: Handle engineering activities for product development. Plan, execute, and report tests performed within the local manufacturing area. Activity supervision will be ensured by the Process and Equipment Coordinator.
- Equipment Release: Support equipment release activities.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage tasks related to equipment and consumable supplier complaints, including initiation and follow-up. Execute purchase orders at the request of P&EE team members.
- Technical Support: Ensure technical support to process specialists and process engineers.
- Supporting Activities: Perform activities such as machine setup, device testing, and device inspection.
- Work Instructions: Apply work instructions to perform basic activities such as checking, cleaning, and testing devices.
- Process Deviation: Detect and communicate any process deviation to initiate early corrective action and minimize the manufacturing impact.
Your profile
- High school education, preferably with a technical focus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a strong asset.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor processes (design, wafer, assembly, testing).
- Skilled in precise manual tasks and comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Oracle, and Jira.
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills and solid English proficiency.
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic setting.
